I'm Courtney King, the founder of Stillwater Insights, a consultancy for organizations who want to build smarter, safer AI.

After nearly a decade in tech, I saw the widening gap between innovation and governance. Most companies aren't trying to be reckless with AI. They’re just moving fast, juggling priorities, and overwhelmed by complexity. I started Stillwater to close that gap.

I specialize in AI governance, risk, and strategy, with a background in data privacy, cybersecurity, and real-world business operations. I’ve worked with public sector orgs, fast-growing startups, and enterprise teams navigating regulatory change. What unites my work is a commitment to clarity, accuracy, and helping clients lead with integrity.
